Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, veez will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or any reason not related to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
